Bret Michaels denies affair with Miley Cyrus's mom

Bret Michaels may have made out with scads of women searching for his "Rock of Love," but speaking through a rep, the rocker turned reality show star says he never had an affair with Miley Cyrus's mom, Tish.

"Several reports of my client having an affair with Tish are unfounded and a fabrication," a rep for Michaels told E! News. "He has been a close friend of the family for some time because of his work with Miley."

Last week, Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce from his wife of 17 years citing "irreconcilable differences."

"It's unfortunate that Billy Ray and Tish have to be further tainted by these lies being reported," the rep continued. "The only relationship he's had with Tish is professional because he worked with Miley on 'Every Rose.' She recut it, and obviously they did that together at GMA in the summer, and his song 'Nothing to Lose' on his current album."
