Wow Elton really lost the pregnancy weight quickly, he looks great!

Of course "God" (from Dogma) gave birth on Christmas. When else?

I weep for the trials of Paris Hilton, brutal indeed.

I was amazed that the Natalie Portman posting resulted in a minor Booby Kennedy Day moment.

I hope all have been having a very hairy Christmuhkwanzadontus season so far.

The BKD generated by the Bristol Palin post, however, was NOT unexpected at all.

Man, I missed a BKD! That's like a Christmas present on Lizard Island! Or a Festivus miracle!

I've been a fan of Elton John for more years than I care to contemplate, but a child at his age? Even with a nanny, etc., a child takes a lot of energy.

Good luck to them.

rachelt2 - indeed it felt (reading the postings) like an airing of the grievances...

Yet I'm always amazed at how seriously some people take a celeb gossip column & somehow drag politics into a convo about Paris Hilton's latest tweet...wait...that hasn't happened...yet.

Give 'em time. Somehow by the end of the day that missing Blackberry will be either the damn librul meedeeyas fault or Obama's fault.

The evil writings in Leviticus 18:22 … against gays – depicts: “P” … “priestly rules” & expanded by the pope; homophobes and religious frauds … to attack the gay community and never meant to apply to the public -- but to priests. Leviticus exists in the old testament & torah … & were written long after Moses -- 600BC.

How would you like it … if hate speech was directed to your brother or sister as you sat in the pew; spewed by some better than thou religious lunatic with a hateful black book about Leviticus -- under his arm?

The pope and churches fully aware that Leviticus 18:22 applies only to priests refuse to remove this stigma maliciously persecuting gays. Kids bullied into suicide …! Being black or left-handed or being gay is just as natural.
If the black community or women had it written that they should be put to death; how would they like that?
Churches are committing hate crimes and more succinctly a violent criminal offence against a federally protected minority namely the gay community. It is actually a bigger moment in history … gays standing up for equality … soldiers being discharged are indeed exposing something far greater ... the realization that there is something far more evil at work -- hateful religion which should be discharged from society -- period. United States is supposedly fighting for democracy but within the U.S. they treat gays like secondary citizens.
It’s now time to shut down the churches & synagogues with bibles with leviticus 18:22. Religion and the churches should now be exposed as a bigoted structure that gets away with hate mongering. It is a criminal offence to cause harm onto others physically or with written items … bibles have been getting away with this for ages. Tony Perkins and his The Family Research Council's opposition to gay rights have landed the outfit onto a list of "hate groups,” like the KKK. Christian colleges should be classified as hate groups and shut down. UK Prime Minister Cameron is facing this issue; as we speak … regarding hateful muslim & islam extremes & homophobia -- being taught to children at the mosques and schools.
This holier than thou – written so there it shall be -- fallacy; must be stopped!
It is a criminal offence to cause harm onto others physically or with written items … the bible and torah have been getting away with this for ages.
This bogus religious filth should be banned. It exists as a tax exempt structure which discriminates against human rights. The pope, bishops and mormons are cult members promoting discrimination against minorities. Perhaps religious establishments have pushed too far from San Francisco to Washington -- and it may backfire to such a degree that the churches should be shut down!

It is written; so therefore it shall be? We are the chosen people? Such a wicked fantasy. To see the religious lunatics manipulate government and our lives is shameful. According to biblical law, a father can sell his daughter as a slave.

David Furnish looks great! How did he lose all that baby weight so quickly? If this kid is named Levon, will the next one be named Jesus?

With Lindsay Lohan cloistered in a de-tox program, it's a relief that Miley Cyrus is picking up the slack on skanque.

Jenn and Courtney together? Where are the other 3/5 of the Friends cast when you need 'em?

Alanis Morisette's babay was NOT a virgin birth. I thought you oughta know.

Can someone please box up Justin Bieber and send him back where he came from, postage due?

George, George, most males outgrow their pre-pubescent sci-fi fantasies by 18.

Look for Steve Jobs to demo Apple's 3-D glasses within a year. They won't be any more functional than anyone else's 3-D glasses, but they'll look so wicked k~e~w~l! And, BTW, you'll have to rent all your movies from Apple and watch them on an Apple set, which will also be no better than anything currently available, but will be quite stylish.

Speaking of "quite stylish," is Kelsey Grammar gunning for Marryin' Larry King's record? He might do it!

Peace out!

LeAnn Rimes got engaged? What, is she pregnant? Isn't that how it works these days?

You might think a rudimentary grasp of the basic facts of life (e.g., dudes don't have husbands, much less babies) would be a minimum qualification for a writing gig with the Washington Post.

But you'd be wrong.

Pity the child whose last name is Furnish-John. That sounds like one of the specialty sections at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Dear Liz, 3 out of the 7 words in your sentence on Miley Cyrus are wrong. The photos are not new; They are more than 6 months old. They are certainly not "racy"; That's just how the entertainment at London's G-A-Y nightclub dress--by the way, I didn't know that you were such a gay basher!!! And, they were not leaked. The person who took them simply posted them to the internet the way people post such sentimental memories every day. After all, since they are basically pictures of kids having innocent fun, what's wrong with posting them? The only people who could possibly be offended by them are the seriously homophobic.

Posted by: Chris98765 | December 28, 2010 12:21 PM | Report abuse

So, who would have thought the first comment to include the word "homophobic" would be about the Miley Cyrus photos and not all the comments directed at Elton John?

And for those of you who missed out on the Natalie P BK Day....

SISSD1 evidently missed reading about the visit to the White House that George W. Bush hosted while still President for a large group of "snowflake babies" (born from leftover frozen embryos).

Posted by: Nosy_Parker | December 28, 2010 1:09 PM | Report abuse

Since we've got an over population issue I wouldn't worry so much worried about unions that don't reproduce.

There also appears to be an over hate issue, if we could only ensure that hateful unions could not reproduce - THAT I'd like to see...

Who ever decided to type up this article clearly does not value the little amount of dollars there earning. Why bother to post a "yawn" in the article. The people who you write about make so much more then you. I WOULDNT YAWN AT THAT, I WOULD LAUGH! Leave the articles to cnn or tmz or even better, hop on the welfare train.
