I suppose I am the only person who saw Firestarter II. So, Hollywood is now reduced to remaking movies in hopes of starting a franchise when the first franchise failed utterly.

Please, for the love of all that is holy, get a new idea Hollywood. And that does not mean a new Ben Stiller, Will Ferrel, or Adam Sandler film. Those aren't new. They are all the same film just with different names.

Boy, am I cranky this morning.

WhooHooo, ScarJo is free! Maybe there is hope for ole Elias!

(Now, if only Mrs. Elias would just quit pulling on my ear so hard.)

Brawl breaks out at Hulk Hogan's beach wedding...That's what they get for having so many folding chairs on hand.

Thora Birch fired from off-Broadway production of "Dracula" after father allegedly objects to another actor rubbing her back...And Billy Ray Cyrus passes the mantle of creepiest dad onto Thora Birch's father.

Dorkus,

If only that would work! Mrs. Howe likes to have her cake and eat it also!

How far off the A-list have you fallen when the best notice you've had in the press in at least 6 months is that you got into a fight outside a Romanian nightclub?

That Thora Birch story is seriously weird.

Why does it sound like Jon Favreau is making the best of a bad set of choices?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't she almost 30? Why is her dad still her manager? He might even be creepier than Joe Simpson.

Does anyone else recall reading that during ComiCon 2009 in San Diego, both Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds were supposed to make public appearances, but Ryan was refusing while ScarJo was ready to, resulting in a huge argument between them? While there may have been extenuating circumstances, it sounded as though Ryan was being a big divo, while ScarJo has a stronger work ethic and sense of responsibility.

Marie Osmond plans to remarry her first husband.
&
"Teen Mom" Amber Portwood reportedly pregnant again.

What's that quote about insanity being doing the same thing repeatedly, yet expecting (so to speak) a different result?

Coming to a theater near you on St. Patrick's Day: "Lord of the Dance: 3D"

Does that mean it'll seem as though the dancers are about to kick the audience?

So, I had to click through to see who the Harry Potter people were and read this in the article:

"Friel, 34, was spotted kissing her 23-year-old "Breakfast at Tiffany's" costar Joseph Cross early this year -- Cross then moved into the couple's Hollywood home in April, though all parties maintained that the relationship was platonic."

.... Oh, THAT wasn't an uncomfortable living situation...

"Charlie Sheen won't face criminal charges for hotel meltdown" -- But the hotel's all-day "Two and a Half Men" channel has been replaced with a continuous loop of "Cops."

"Rip Torn admits to January bank break-in" -- Zed's next appearance will be in the upcoming film, "Men in Orange Jumpsuits."

"Lindsay Lohan turned down 'Dancing with the Stars' offer, says mom Dina" -- What a shame. Oh, and despite what you may have heard, that video of Dina being dragged along while holding tight to Tom Bergeron's legs was NOT a preview for the new season.

"Marie Osmond plans to remarry her first husband" -- Best wishes to them both. Just saw an interview with her and Donny about their NYC Christmas show. Man, she's been through a lot, yet still keeps smiling. You go, Paper Roses Grrl!

"Coming to a theater near you on St. Patrick's Day: 'Lord of the Dance: 3D'" -- Inevitable, really. The way Michael Flatley chews up 2D scenery, there was nowhere else he could go.

"Brawl breaks out at Hulk Hogan's beach wedding." -- Avoidable. The wedding planner begged him not to show "Mr. Nanny" as the guests were arriving. But did he listen? Noooooo.

Thora Birch's former-porn-actor-father sounds every bit as creepy as the Simpson and Cyrus dads. Ick nast.

Elias, you have to tell the Mrs to stop tugging on your ears, because you know what you are doing.

Yeah, I got that same ick nast feeling reading the Birch story. Reminded me of Simpson commenting on how great Jess' rack was. *shudder* Billy Ray gets the main mantle for the moment simply because of Myley's age. Joe and Thora's dad tie for second.
