Rumor Mill: Josh Duhamel escorted off plane in New York

Josh Duhamel was bounced off a flight at New York's LaGuardia Airport on Thursday, according to TMZ.com.
Why?
The "Transformers" actor and husband of Black Eyed Pea Fergie reportedly refused to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff.
From TMZ:
We're told Duhamel's reaction infuriated the attendant, who then called for backup -- and the plane, which was already on the runway, was turned back to the gate.
Two officers eventually boarded the plane and escorted Duhamel off of the aircraft.
A rep for Duhamel told TMZ the star had been texting about the flight being delayed and "he's sorry."

Wait, maybe I'm the only one who things Fergie's forehead is low...

I had something similar happen on a flight a couple weeks ago.
Guy gave the stewardess lip after being repeatedly asking for him to turn off phone on approach.
He got indignant and was going to complain about her when we landed.
And yes, he was in the wrong.

Hope this story gets more play. It really bothers me that so many passengers ignore airplane rules on this.
