Shaquille O'Neal becomes an orchestra conductor
After seeing Shaquille O'Neal pop out of a magical boombox in "Kazaam," you assumed he lacked any sense of culture and refinement.
How wrong you were. Just watch this video filmed last night of Mr. O'Neal, dressed in a sharp tuxedo and conducting the Boston Pops Orchestra. And by "conducting," I mean wiggling his head in a peppy manner and flailing his hands in a way that cannot possibly be helping any of the classically trained musicians forced to take instruction from the man who gave us "Shaq Diesel."

I welcome any celebrity who's willing to help promote the arts (in this case, the Boston Pops). Perhaps because of Shaq, a few more kids will come to get hooked on the "hard stuff" someday (serious symphonic music).
