Lindsay Lohan (who may or may not be out of rehab) facing 180 days in jail?

Let's get this out of the way first: Depending on the source, Lindsay Lohan has either left rehab, is still there or is using "going to the gym" as some kind of code.

In other news (that may make Lilo want to stay lost for the time being), CNN is reporting that Lohan may have violated her probation when she allegedly got into an altercation with a Betty Ford Center staffer in December:

Authorities plan to send the result of their investigation to the district attorney's office to decide if the actress should face battery charges -- even though the former staff member has said she will no longer cooperate with the investigation and does not want charges filed, the department said Monday.

"It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the district attorney's office later this week," the sheriff's office added.

Lohan has been in the Betty Ford Center since Sept. 27 and was ordered to stay until Jan. 3 (yesterday). If it turns out that Lohan actually did violate her probation she could face up to 180 days in jail.
