Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban welcome second daughter

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have welcomed another child into their family.

People magazine reports that the "Rabbit Hole" star and country performer are the parents of a baby girl named Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, who was delivered in December by a gestational carrier. This is the couple's second child; they have a two-year-old, Sunday Rose, to whom Kidman gave birth in 2008. Kidman also has two adopted children, Isabella and Connor, with ex-husband Tom Cruise.

Kidman and Urban kept the child's arrival into the world a secret, not mentioning it in any of their Golden Globe interviews. Today they shared the news by releasing a statement: "Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret. No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier."

Congratulations to the Kidman / Urbans.

The phrase "gestational carrier" is a little odd, but then again I'm sensitive to always referring to her kids with Tom Cruise as "adopted." They're kids. Period.

I wonder if Faith will ever meet her siblings living with Wee Tom in Scientoland.

Congratulations as well.

Doesn't "gestational carrier" sound like something made by Samsonite?
