Jaime Pressly charged with DUI

Just a week after she announced her split from husband Simran Singh, Jaime Pressly has officially been charged with driving under the influence.
Pressly, 33, was arrested in Santa Monica, Calif., on suspicion of drunk driving in January. Police pulled over the "My Name Is Earl" star after she allegedly committed a traffic violation. She was booked after failing a field sobriety test and released on $15,000 bail.
In other news, Pressly is also facing a $637,000 bill in unpaid state and federal taxes.
