Marion Cotillard, the French actress who is not Audrey Tatou, has reportedly been cast in Christopher Nolan's next Batman installment, "The Dark Knight Rises."
According to French newspaper Le Parisien, Cotillard, who won an Oscar for her portrayal of Edith Piaf in the French film "La Vie en Rose," will add the second Batman sequel to her growing list of American movie credits -- a list that already includes "Public Enemies," "Nine" and Nolan's Oscar-nominated "Inception."
A rep tells the Hollywood Reporter that Cotillard's casting is "in discussions, but nothing has been confirmed yet." The actress is pregnant with her first child and is due this spring. She would reportedly begin shooting in mid-June.
Anne Hathaway is attached to play Catwoman, so Cotillard would presumably play Christian Bale's non-feline love interest.

She would make a good Talia al Ghul (the daughter of Liam Neeson's character from the first movie.)
