Oscars 2011: Predicting the best director winner
Post film critic Ann Hornaday and I have weighed in with Oscar predictions in the original and adapted screenplay categories.
And we shared a few thoughts regarding the supporting actor and actress races.
Now we turn our Academy Awards video-series attention to best director. Will Tom Hooper, who earned the Directors Guild's top honor for his work on "The King's Speech," win? Or will BAFTA victor David Fincher emerge triumphant? We have the answer. Or at least what we think the answer is, unless something unexpected happens on Oscar night.
