Bling with a bite from Brangelina
Serpentine cuffs from Brangelina's new Asprey collection. (Image courtesy Asprey via WWD) Just in time for the holidays Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have designed a collection of high-end jewelry featuring snakes and lots of diamonds. Items start at $535 and include serpent cuffs, serpent pendants, serpent rings, serpent cuff links and even a baby-spoon with a serpent-shaped handle. The Brangelina inspired bling will be available at Asprey stores starting later this week. So why snakes? According to Women's Wear Daily, Jolie received a ring in the shape of a snake when she was pregnant with Shiloh. The actress has since considered the reptile a talisman and protector of her family. All proceeds from sales will go to the charity Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, a non-profit co-founded by Jolie that works to educate children affected by war or natural disasters. No word yet on whether the collection...

Celebrity Museums: Late Summer Road Trip?
Burt Reynolds in 1977's 'Smokey and the Bandit.' (Universal City Studios) Even before Michael Jackson's sudden death in June there had been talk of turning his one-time California estate, Neverland, into a museum where fans would be able to gather to pay tribute to the erstwhile King of Pop. But no need to sit home clicking online fan pages when several perfectly lovely celeb museums are already up, running and just waiting for you to arrive. I've passed on the obvious (Graceland, Madame Toussaud's) to list some more obscure destinations. This selection is by no means exhaustive, so add any additional suggested stops to the comments section below. Burt Reynolds & Friends Museum Jupiter, Fla. Make haste to this shrine to Florida native Reynolds, who you may remember as the open-shirted Bandit from "Smokey and the Bandit" or the skeevy old porn producer from "Boogie Nights" or as Loni...

Rachel Zoe Moves in on Gwyneth's GOOP
Fashion icon (ahem) Rachel Zoe. (Getty Images) Rut-roh. Move over Gwyneth, there's something leaner. Literally. Paper-thin stylist to the stars Rachel Zoe, she of the protruding collar bone and jarringly floofy fur vests, has one-upped GOOPy Gwyneth Paltrow's weekly lifestyle missives with the launch of The Zoe Report, "a daily e-mail featuring my current obsessions in the ever-evolving worlds of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle." What to expect? Tread lightly if you're looking for practical fashion help. Zoe's recent recommendations include a $2,400 capelet from designer Prabal Gurung, $525 sunglasses and -- at the ridiculous price of $295 -- shredded t-shirts. Don't look for these items at the local mall, though Zoe does get points for including links to (somewhat) cheaper alternatives. Have these women never heard of Etsy or dozens of other moderately-priced Internet stockers of indie haute stuff? Thus far, a fashion coffee table book -- Scott Schuman's...

Paris Hilton's Doggy Style
(Image courtesy fleurdepup.com) Remember Beyonce's Dereon Girls line -- the range of clothes that finally made it possible for pre-tween girls to look like tiny club skanks? Well, Paris Hilton took a similar idea and, instead of applying it to the age inappropriate, she's targeted a new untapped market: vapid fashion-obsessed dogs. Or, rather, vapid fashion-obsessed dog owners who have no qualms at all about forcing their pups into clothing. Her Paris Hilton for Little Lily line includes a Floral Hearts dress ($56), pajamas ($48) or a mini skirt ($52) that would probably make both dog and owner a prime target for zombie clowns or David Letterman (same diff). As in the human world, larger breeds seem to have been given short shrift -- size large only accommodates dogs weighing 15-20 pounds. But boy dogs can rest easy -- Hilton's collection includes a doggie necktie ($15.60). In other celeb...

Dollars and Scents: New Fragrances from Reese Witherspoon, 50 Cent and More...
Perfume aficionados take note: Four new celebrity fragrances will be hitting store shelves to compete with long-time celeb stink peddlars Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and Sarah Jessica Parker. Below a quick run-down of the new scents. Reese Witherspoon poses with In Bloom. (Avon) Reese Witherspoon's "In Bloom" You loved her as June Carter Cash in "Walk the Line" and now you can smell like her, too. In November, Avon will launch In Bloom, a fragrance Witherspoon describes as "sensual" and "romantic" and "everything Abbie Cornish is not." (Okay. I added that last bit about Abbie Cornish) What does it smell like? "I was really drawn by white flowers to get that sense of a steamy night somewhere in the South," said Witherspoon. "Definitely gardenia is a big thing for me because my father -- every Mother's Day or on my birthday -- would buy small bouquets or corsages for my...

Friday Fluff: Your Celebrity Makeover
If you've ever wondered what you'd look like rocking Amy Winehouse's bouffant or Agness Deyn's severe 'do's and you have a spare hour or two to get lost down a wormhole of self-absorption, then make haste to DailyMakeover.com. The site allows you to upload a pic of yourself, then try on various celebrity hairstyles courtesy of a handy tool that allows one to stretch and flip each style to suit one's own imperfect face. (You can upload your first photo and try on several styles for free, but unlimited access -- a 7-day trial costs $4.95 -- allows unlimited uploads and a huge catalog of styles.) This morning alone I wasted close to 90 minutes scrolling through the site's exhaustive array of styles in search of my ever-elusive perfect look. The upside: you can try on a new 'do without making the scissor or color commitment. The downside: When viewed...
