Chairman YouTube

Our fellow washingtonpost.com blogger Mary Ann Akers, better known as The Sleuth, reports that Rep. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) posted the first ever YouTube video from, as he put it, "the chairman's perspective."

Markey chairs the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet, so it's perhaps appropriate that he's the first Congressional committee chairmen to do this.
