Crushing on Fred Thompson's... Politics

It was only a matter of time. Coming on the heels of the wildly popular "Crush on Obama," Fred Thompson is the latest candidate to have his own online troubadour. And what his admirer -- that'd be country singer James Kole -- lacks in the bikini-department, he makes up with a little more musicality.

But let's be precise: he doesn't have a crush on Fred Thompson. It's Fred Thompson's politics that he loves.

Thompson has already been completely discredited as a viable candidate for president. This is another WaPoo story about nothing.

The only viable Republican candidate was Ron Paul. But he blew it when he did not leave the Republican Party.

Now that Bloomberg left, the wind has been taken out of the sails from every Republican presidential candidate.

Bloomberg will split the Republican vote and hand the presidency to the Democratic nominee, not that the Dems need his help in the first place.
