Rudy Giuliani says that he will bring fiscal discipline to the federal government just like he did to "out-of-control spending" in New York City.

Giuliani is a hypocrite. Taxes increased in nearly every category in New York City during his time as mayor! The World Trade Center fell on his watch. He took no precautions to prevent the disaster! The only true conservative is Fred Thompson, whose economic plan clearly states that he will cut taxes and government waste. Believe in Fred, not a nut like Giuliani.
