Ad Watch: Bill Richardson Airing a New One in Iowa

The campaign of Bill Richardson is on the up and up. The Fix wrote on Monday about the New Mexico governor's upward momentum, and some polling is putting Richardson ahead of John Edwards, suggesting he could soon be the number three candidate behind Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.

Camp Richardson begins airing the ad on broadcast channels and cable systems in Iowa today, focusing on the governor's Iraq war strategy. It's produced by Richardson campaign aide Steve Murphy, and his partner Mark Putnam of Murphy Putnam Media. The ad team produced ads for Bob Casey's win over Rick Santorum last year in Pennsylvania, and has worked on several other Democratic campaigns nationwide.

Here's the ad. What do you think? Post your thoughts in the comments section below.

I like this one a lot better than the 'employment' ones. I think maybe he is beginning to hit his stride.
