Ad Watch: Romney Immigration Ad

Mitt Romney is out with a new ad campaign on his immigration plan. It starts airing in Iowa today.

"People that are here illegally are going to have to get in line with everybody else with no special pathway to becoming citizens," the former governor says. "Legal immigration is great, but illegal immigration -- that we've got to end."

It's unfortunate that the MSM is too corrupt to ask politicians questions about the lies they tell.

In the video, Romney is opposing a "special" pathway for illegal aliens, but the ad doesn't rule out giving them some sort of pathway, and until he says "no pathway under any circumstances" he's still supporting amnesty.

If the WaPo were doing their job, wouldn't they ask him about that? Or, perhaps their real job is to assist politicians in lying.

I hope that Mitt Romney is as passionate about poverty as he is about immigration issues. Poverty affects every member of this country and this entire world. Every 3.6 seconds, another person dies of starvation. The peculiar thing is that we can do something about it and yet do nothing. Why is that, Mitt Romney?
