Ad Watch: Hillary Clinton's First TV Ad
Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is out with her first TV ad of the presidential campaign cycle. It's called, "Invisibles" and is airing in Iowa.
The 60-second spot says certain groups of Americans have been "invisible" to President Bush, but that these people would not be invisible under President Hillary Clinton.
As the Associated Press reports, "The move intensifies Clinton's campaign in Iowa, her weakest state, and comes on the eve of her latest campaign swing here." The washingtonpost.com Campaign Tracker shows Clinton making several stops in Iowa this week, including a visit to the Iowa State Fair.
The ad's release could take steam out of another AP story out today reporting that Democrats in down-ballot races are nervous about having Clinton top next year's Democratic ticket.
