Ad Watch: Obama's "Take It Back"

The Obama camp is out with a new ad, touting the senator's financial independence from political lobbyists and PACs. (It follows last week's mysterious YouTube ad suggesting Obama has taken money from lobbyists.)

"Take it Back" is a 30-second spot, using clips of Obama's formal announcement speech from last February. It's part of "The Obama Story" series of ads that started running in Iowa last month. (Read Chris Cillizza's take on the ad campaign.)

Go, B.O! Keep the 2-headed 4-flatfooted Billary Monster on the run! Kick that damn ciggie habit, though; Mr. Smug & Ankleless Annie made the White House smoke-free (save, presumably, for the husband's subscriptorial "see-gars") & you don't want the nanny-state PC crowd (a big Demo constituency), pbly. being held in reserve by The Senatrix, crawling all over you as The Candidate from Second-Hand Smoke.
