Giuliani Ad Shows Off the Shiny Big Apple

The newest campaign 2008 TV ad comes from Rudy Giuliani. "Challenges" is another reminder of Giuliani's New York turnaround narrative. The ad will air in the Boston and New Hampshire TV markets.

"The world's seventeenth largest economy, swimming in red ink. Record crime. Runaway taxes. A million on welfare. That was New York -- until Rudy," the announcer says. "He cut taxes 9 billion. Welfare 60 percent. Crime in half. The most successful conservative turnaround in 50 years. In America's most liberal city, Rudy delivered. And he can do it again, in a place called Washington, D.C."

Rudy's one scary guy.
I wish he would just go away.
Although he didn't write it. When he said:
"My city can kick your city's a**" I think he actually meant it.
Is the type of joker we want as our next prez?
Smoke, Mirrors, and Lies.

I noticed that Rudy Giuliani has been using 9/11 as a sales pitch in most everything he did, his smiles looked so phony, etc. It's just ironic that his name bore a nine and a bunch of ones in it when written in lower case. I think all his campaign ads should start subliminally with 'Hello, I am 9iul1an1 ,,..,..,."

Want a real authoritarian, vote for Rudy...he will expand the executive branch even more than Bush! Isn't this what we need to be safe??

Rudy married his cousin, he's got my vote. Goodness, gracious great balls of fire!

So, of you take this literally, Rudy wants to be Mayor of D.C.??

Yet another problem with using an actual city as a euphamism for the whole country...

Yikes, rudy is seriously deranged. A cross dressing fool. Isn't it ironic that he is the supposed 'hero' of 9/11, when not only were his policies an aid to the distruction, but virtually all NY forefighters hate him?

great ad, clearly shows how he has achieved far greater success then any democrats running. he truly has a resume that crushes clinton and obama into dust.

I believe Rudy would like to move DC to NYC. Take a serious look at Huckabee folks.
