Chuck Says Huck Has 'The Big Package'
Less than two weeks since it's much-heralded release, Mike Huckabee and Chuck Norris are back in the first of five "webisodes."
"Just listening to the statements you've made, and your vision for the country, your vision for the war, your vision for immigration... just listening to you and what you plan on doing, if you become president, is what convinced me to back you as president," Norris says. "Even though you were the darkhorse... the thing is, I feel...they all have good points, but I think you've got the big package. I think you've got the whole package, Mike," he adds.
Huckabee's YouTube channel states this is the first of five "webisodes" featuring Norris.
"You've got to realize that as soon as your endorsement came out, everything in the campaign changed," Huckabee says to the actor and activist. "There were those who were just flat-out afraid not to support me anymore, which is fine with me," the former governor adds. Indeed the campaign says web traffic and donations increased in the days after the ad first aired.
Huckabee has since started airing a more traditional biographical TV spot in Iowa.
