As the most recent polls suggest she is still favored by Texas Latinos, Hillary Clinton makes a direct appeal to them in her most recent 30-second message.

"I know your traditions, and culture, but I also understand the problems you face," she says.

But, as the subtitles demonstrate, she doesn't know their language. (Nor do Obama or McCain.)
