Democrats' Ad War Continues in Pa.

With less than 48 hours before Pennsylvania's presidential primary, Barack Obama is up with a new ad. "Exactly" responds to Hillary Clinton's response to his two most recent ads that criticize her health care plan and her character.

Here's the script:

"Newspapers call Hillary Clinton's negative attacks the "old politics." And now, in the final hours, she's launched the most misleading and negative ad of the campaign.

"Barack Obama doesn't take money from special interest PACS or Washington lobbyists. Not one dime. But federal records show Clinton's raised millions from PACs and lobbyists; more than any candidate, in either party.

"Eleventh hour smears, paid for by lobbyist money: Isn't that exactly what we need to change?"

Chris "The Fix" Cillizza reports that the Obama campaign charges that this latest round of attacks started when the pro-Clinton American Leadership Project attacked Obama with this ad:

UPDATE 5:19 p.m. ET: Clinton is now airing "Answer" as a response to Obama's ads criticizing her health care plans and her character:

Clinton policy director Neera Tanden described Obama's commercial as a "false, negative attack ad" and called it a "betrayal of universal health care," reports Cillizza.
