New Rafe Esquith Book on Sale
I persuaded the publisher of Rafe Esquith's new book, "Lighting Their Fires," to let me break the embargo on book publicity for an Aug. 7 column in return for promising to let readers know when the book came out. It is available now. I consider Esquith the best classroom teacher in the country, and his book full of wisdom about the uses of time in educating kids.
