Best blog by far on D.C. test scores
Retired D.C. teacher G.F. Brandenburg is savage toward D.C. Schools Chancellor Michelle A. Rhee, whom I highly regard. But there is no substitute for his analysis of what is happening with D.C. achievement scores, and the ways they are being used for various political purposes.
