The Don King 'do! The Mr. Magoo shades! And the endless stream of wee fatigue-green outfits that make him look as if he shops at "Baby Fidel" for boys.
For many political cartoonists, at least, KIM JONG-IL is an artistic godsend -- a joy to caricature, given that he's virtually a living-and-breathing cartoon character.
