By Michael Cavna

MOST POIGNANT: Steve Breen.

"AISLIN" (Montreal Gazette / courtesy of cagle.com)

BEST PARODY FOR POLITICAL GAIN: Aislin.

BEST ANIMATED POLITICAL CARTOON: To view the fully animated cartoon, visit Matt Wuerker's cartoon HERE (and click on "Operation). Inspired stuff from a top 'toonist.
