'NEXT GREAT CARTOONIST': The heavenly story behind today's 'IMOGEN QUEST'

By Michael Cavna

As we careen toward the end of its monthlong run, here's today's "IMOGEN QUEST" comic from Olivia Walch, the 21-year-old winner of The Post's "America's Next Great Cartoonist Contest." So, what's the story behind today's comic?

"Every time an Internet user hits CTRL-SHIFT-DEL," Walch tells Comic Riffs, "an angel goes, 'Come onnn.' "

If you have feedback about "Imogen Quest's" monthlong run in Style and on Comic Riffs, feel free to share your impressions.

Olivia (can I call you that?) has a wonderful skewed sense of humor, which a good cartoonist should have.
She's touched a few nerves with those of us who have been starved for intelligent, make-you-think humor (OK. maybe just a wee bit hungry)and used a unique style to present it. If she wants to come back to this after she finishes getting her degree, the Post should give her that chance.

Like they said..."Come onnn..."

Well done Olivia!
