Glove Me Tender: What Now for Our Art Project?

What to do with 50 mismatched gloves?

For months I've been asking readers to snap photos of lost gloves and mittens they encounter on the street and e-mail them to me. I have dozens of photos, including this one, sent in by John Anderson, a rare triple-glover:

I think it's fair to say that I possess the world's greatest photographic collection of lost hand-ware. Now what? How can I best share it with the world?

If you have any ideas, drop me a line. Do you have mad Flash animation skillz? Could you do something interesting with a disc full of lost glove images? What art can you make out of this rather odd raw material?

You guys did such a good job with my "Photoshop Till You Drop Contest" I know you'll have some good ideas.

Why not a Facebook fan page for lost gloves?

If you accomplish nothing else with this project, you can take comfort in my having lost no gloves this winter, thanks to you.

Some people in Pittsburgh have already created a project out of lost gloves up there: http://www.onecoldhand.com/. It's over now, but can be used for inspiration!
