I have a hunch today's "Where in Washington?" is going to be a tough one. Perhaps you will prove me wrong. Here it is:

It's from the collection of Jerry McCoy, as was last week's. Last week's was the Willard Hotel. I apologize for not yet notifying the winner. Do you know the identity of this week's mystery building? E-mail your guess to me at kellyj@washpost.com.
(Okay, here's a hint: The name of this structure oddly, and coincidentally, combines two names connected to a great American tragedy.)
