Where in Washington?

Robb Camardi of Tampa sent in the first correct entry in last week's Where in Washington? He correctly identified the Taft Bridge, which takes Connecticut Avenue over Rock Creek Park. (When it was first built it was dubbed "The Million Dollar Bridge," since that's how much it cost to construct.)

Can you identify this scene:

If you think you know what's depicted on this postcard (from the collection of David Stinson and postmarked 1908, by the way), send me an e-mail at kellyj@washpost.com. The first correct entry wins a Post Pulitzer postcard.
