Where in Washington?

Boy, I'm really falling behind. I forgot to post yesterday's "Where in Washington?" We got back Sunday from a weekend in North Carolina and then I was focused yesterday on finishing today's column so I could get to the ballpark. I totally dozed on my Monday feature.
