Police investigating Friday morning shooting in Alexandria
Alexandria Police are investigating a shooting that occurred around 4 a.m. Friday morning in the 1200 block of Wythe Street.
Officer were initially called about shots fired. When they arrived, they couldn't find a victim.
MInutes later, according to police, a man suffering from a gunshot wound was dropped off at a local hospital.
