D.C. fire chief confirmation vote

D.C. Council members will vote Tuesday on the confirmation of Kenneth Ellerbe as chief of the D.C. Fire/EMS department.
Vote is at 3 p.m. before the Public Safety and Judiciary Committee.
Ellerbee, former deputy chief in D.C., was fire chief in Sarasota County, Fla. when Mayor Vincent C. Gray (D) asked him to come back.
