Man charged in D.C. homicide

D.C police detectives have made an arrest in the October shooting death of Angelo Jones.
Rickey Pharr, 26, of Northeast Washington, was charged with first degree murder while armed in connection with the shooting, which happened Oct. 2 in the 5300 block of Dix St NE. Jones, 31, died at an area hospital shortly after the attack.
