Man touches teen girl on walk to school

A man in his 20s grabbed a 13-year-old girl as she walked to school Tuesday at 7:15 a.m., Fairfax police said. She was not injured.
The girl was walking near Arcadia Road and Hawaii Court when a man approached from behind and grabbed her lower body, police said. The man then turned around and walked toward Arcadia Road and Braddock Road.
Police say the man was wearing a black or dark gray parka, black gym pants and a multi-colored winter hat.

This entry leaves out the fact that he was a Latino. Beyond that fact I'll say that I'm sure he lives in one of the single familiy homes in the area along with a dozen other Latinos. Fairfax County needs to clear out these houses being used as apartment buildings where there is no way of knowing who lives there as residents come and go.
