Motorcyclist hits tow truck, dies

A Silver Spring man riding a motorcycle crashed into a parked tow truck in Northwest Washington and died, police said.
Rubin Cedillo-Ramos, 37, hit the unoccupied tow truck at 3 a.m Saturday in the 5300 block of 16th Street NW. He was taken to an area hospital and prounced dead.
