Rockville man charged in D.C. shooting

D.C. police have arrested a Rockville man in a shooting case from Dec. 11.
Dominic Copeland, 20, was charged Wednesday with assault with the intent to kill while armed in connection with a shooting at 1:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of Allison Street NW.
There was one victim, but police declined to release his name because he is a witness in the case.
