Four life sentences for Va. man linked to 1993 rape
Benjamin Ramirez-Segovia, who in December pleaded guilty in Arlington County Circuit Court to a 1993 rape and abduction, was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences on April 20.
Ramirez-Segovia, 43, was arrested March 2008 after re-examination of DNA evidence linked him to an attack on a nine-year-old girl, Arlington police said in a press release.

He pled guilty in December to one count of abduction with intent to defile, one count of rape, and two counts of sodomy, according to police.
Ramirez-Segovia grabbed the girl when she was walking home from school on Nov. 10, 1993, police said. He forced her under a bridge and assaulted her, police said.
The victim ran home and told her mother, who told police, authorities said.

So why keep the scumbag alive? Why not have him be an organ donor?-TODAY!!What possible good could such a sum-bag be to anyone? Why do we have to feed and clothe him and provide him w/ medical care for the rest of his life?

Scum.
Glad VA carries out such tough sentencing. I wonder what MD's guidelines are for comparable crimes.
