The death of Cain Guevara-Estrada, 20, is being investigated as a homicide, the county's first of 2010, the dispatcher said.

The man was found in the 2800 block of North Pershing Drive about 11:15 p.m. Sunday. He had suffered unspecified trauma to the upper body.

He was taken to an area hospital, where he said, according to police.
