Man wanted in Arlington caught at Canadian border
U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents have arrested an Abbotsford, British Columbia, man sought by the U.S. Marshals Service in Arlington.
Customs and Border Protection spokesman Thomas Schreiber said Tuesday that 55-year-old Herbert Larsen is accused of conspiracy to store and dispose of hazardous waste without an Environmental Protection Agency permit.
Larsen was arrested last Friday at the Sumas, Wash., border crossing after a name check showed he was sought on a warrant.
