Burglary suspect found under pile of clothes
Police who showed up at a New Jersey home looking for a burglary suspect found her -- in an unexpected place, according to this report:
Police were summoned to the 600-block home at 11:17 p.m. Wednesday.
The responding officers determined someone had forced their way into the home by removing an air-conditioning unit from a window, then made contact with the homeowner, who was asleep, according to Millville Police Det. Lt. Les Watson.
While searching the home, police located a pile of clothing on the floor of a closet. They then found 41-year-old Sassafras Street resident Gladys McLean hiding under the clothes.
