Car thief's joyride crosses cops' paths: Police

A man who stole a car in Pennsylvania drove past police officers who were taking the report of the theft, according to this report:

As Allentown police took a stolen car report Monday morning, a man casually drove it through the city, his arm out the window and music pounding from the stereo, authorities said.
Police arrested Preston Renninger, 39, of 727 Chestnut St., Allentown, during a traffic stop Monday at Fourth and Tilghman streets.
