Delaware police to flash fugitive info on I-95 billboard
Delaware State Police hope a digital billboard along Interstate 95 near Newark will help them catch fugtives.
The billboard will flash photographs of fugitives, asking motorists to call in tips about fugitives' whereabouts to Delaware Crime Stoppers.
Police say the billboard will also flash Amber Alerts and public safety announcements.
Clear Channel, which owns the billboard, says photos of Delaware fugitives will appear for 10 seconds at a time once in every fifth rotation of paid ads. Two to 10 fugitives will be added each month.
Clear Channel is adding the fugitive information to the billboard for free.
