Fla. man heard saying 'I'm going to commit a crime' arrested
A Florida man was arrested shortly after a woman overheard him discussing his plans during a telephone conversation near her home, according to this report:
When she heard Kevin Wayne Weathersby say, “I’m about to commit a crime,” she alerted her boyfriend, according to an arrest report from the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
The boyfriend watched Weathersby, 30, as he sat down on the nearby deck of a trailer and continued the phone conversation.
Not long after, the report on the nfwdailynews.com web site says, a glass door was found broken and a sheriff's deputy was able to follow a trail of blood to Weathersby.
