Florida driver takes drink before sobriety test
A man preparing to take a sobriety test in Florida took one more nip before authorities caught on, according to this report:
According to authorities, the 61-year-old admitted he had been drinking and agreed take to the test.
That's when Deputy Eric Larson says he saw Seaman take a drink from a cup and then toss it underneath the passenger's seat in his car. Deputies retrieved the cup which, according to the arrest report, smelled strongly of alcohol.
