Iowa man charged with drunk driving caught while naked
An Iowa City man arrested and charged with drunk driving was found without a stitch of clothing on, according to this report:
Officers responded to the drunken driver report at the Deli-Mart at 525 Highway 1 W. at 2:41 a.m. Witnesses at the convenience store said they saw a naked man drive off and hit a street sign.
Officers found the vehicle in question at 1015 W. Benton St., No. 39. The vehicle had fresh damage to the front driver fender and rear driver tire, police said.
Police found the driver Kevin M. Scherschel, 20, outside his neighbor’s apartment. He was still naked, police said.
