Authorities have arrested a 31-year-old Leesburg man after a bomb threat was reported on a Carnival Cruise Lines ship outside Port Canaveral, Fla.
Khalil Ibrahim Zarou has been charged with false report about planting a bomb.
The threat was reported aboard the Carnival Sensation early Sunday morning. The U.S. Coast Guard, FBI and Brevard County Sheriff's Office searched the ship and determined the threat was a hoax.
