Man charged with nabbing parked ambulance with patient inside
A Wisconsin man saw an ambulance parked outside a hospital and jumped behind the while, according to this report:
Nicholas A. Pontillo, 24, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, disorderly conduct and operating while intoxicated.
The Dane County Sheriff's Department said Fitch-Rona emergency responders were treating a patient in the back of the ambulance at the Tyrol Basin Ski and Snowboard Area in Mt. Horeb at 5:20 p.m. Monday when Pontillo allegedly got into the vehicle and drove it around the parking lot.
