Md. escapee caught in Philadelphia
Authorities have captured a prisoner in Philadelphia a day after he escaped from a correctional facility in Maryland.
Investigators say 22-year-old Kevin Talley was captured Sunday evening in the city's Germantown neighborhood.
Authorities say he assaulted a guard and escaped from a prerelease facility in Baltimore on Saturday.
Officials tell WPVI-TV that Talley had been in custody for attempted murder.

From a pre-release facility no less? I guess he couldn't wait for his release date. But hey, he'll only be set back what another 5, 6 years or more.
