Odd claims land Fla. man in jail cell

A Florida man called 911, then went to a sheriff's office claiming his cat attacked him and -- later -- that someone was going to "shoot up the district" all because he wanted to join his girlfriend in jail, according to reports:

But [Paul Brian] Clutts was taken to the Hillsborough County jail on a charge of misusing the 911 system and was held in lieu of $500 bail — in a separate cell from his girlfriend.
